Agreeing with the 2 reviews from a day ago as of 1/2/26. We ordered online and waited in the drive through for an hour. My spouse ordered 2 stackers. Not too long after we got home they complained of stomach issues even following into, a majority of today 1/3/26. No appetite to eat because of how sick they have been to their stomach. A staff member spoke even another time previously not too long ago, mentioning that the food was not being checked for correct temperature, which actually makes alot of sense.... I mean my spouse has been sick to their stomach for 2 days now. Not sure why a staff member would mention it, but we gave Taco Bell a chance aside from her commentary. But I would be aware of how fresh the food you're receiving is but it does raise concern now after my spouse has been feeling. Just be aware & take the wait times into consideration for the freshness of your food. Whatever the case may be, it has delayed us from wanting to purchase here for awhile until this gets resolved.

The food is usually quite good when I order, but this location clearly has a management problem as they have been severely understaffed for a few years now. Drive thru usually takes 45+ minutes even if you order in the app. When I have gone inside the place is a mess and it is difficult to get the attention of an employee. My last in person visit was awhile ago but the soda fountain was literally running non stop in the lobby. I wish I had taken a picture it was so bad it was actually funny. I now order doordash on the occasion I want Taco Bell because it's just too frustrating to go to the restaurant. I enjoy Taco Bell and would order a lot more often if I could get food in a reasonable timeframe.

I waited in the drive through for about 40-50 minutes for my mobile order. The lady was super sweet who served me though. I work in fast food and understand being short staffed and being busy, but 40-50 minutes for a Moblie order is a long time. I hope they get more workers for their sake and ours! Again, the workers were super nice though.
