I was there yesterday with my 2 sons and had a very pleasant experience. We were served by Jenna and Trenton. 2 employees who showed passion and hard work. I really appreciate workers who are positive and ready to help since I wasn’t sure how to order. They were knowledgeable about their products and very attentive to customer service. Thanks!

I never leave 1 star reviews. This place is rough. Messy, no one cleaning, dirty outside and they take your order without telling you the order will take 1 hour. I believe management is to blame here. The staff is trying but this place needs some leadership and a franchise owner that cares.

I have never witnessed such slow and terrible service. Had to leave after an hour of waiting for a singuliar taco.
Usually dirty, frequently takes forever to get orders. If they have more than 3 orders it fall apart. I've watched people wait for almost an hour for food. The food is always delicious. The staff seems just lazy and tired, seen someone leave and come back four times during rush. And its amazing hat with almost 10 people working it falls apart so fast. Wish it could be better.
