Hit the drive thru the other day and waited in line 15 mins before being able to place my order. Once I got to place my order I waited in line another 20 with only 3 cars ahead of me and got so sick of waiting I drove off! 1 out of 10 stars would not return.

I swear y'all need to get it together. It doesnt matter if we order at the drive thru, direct, or through a delivery platform. Maybe 1 out of every 10 orders turns out right at this location. It's like y'all go out of your way to mess up someone's day. Like y'all hire people who couldn't complete a 3rd grade task on their own. Cant even put the food in the bag upright. 🤦🏻♀️ And an answering machine? Really? Can't even get help when y'all mess up or ½ of my order is missing. It's sad. The worst taco bell I've ever been to in my life by far. And it never gets better. Sad... Thanks for another bad meal. 👌
Update 3/30/25... I'm just gonna be simple. PSA FOR EVERYONE: Always expect your order to be wrong and/or missing items. Legit every orders. Just being honest. They still can't get it right. Ever. 🙄

If I could give less stars I would. 30 min to get food and then when checked not even made right and left cinnamon twist out of the order so when we went back in, they tell us they’re out of cinnamon twist so I guess instead of telling people you’re out of something and trying to replace it. They just screw you over and don’t give you anything. This place is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to someone needs to properly manage it.

When I came in yesterday afternoon, I was the only one in line and all I had ordered was 5 cheesy rollups with a Baja Blast. (I AM NOT LACTOSE INTOLERANT!!!) The wait for my food was almost 45 minutes, and I genuinely asked if I could get a free refill on my baja blast, because I finished it before the food came out. 24 hours later I’m still shitting bricks. Do y’all actually put laxatives in your food? or is that just a rumor???

I have never been more consistently let down and disappointed by an establishment in my life. In the four years I have lived here I have never seen this location improve, and they seem to struggle with the most basic orders. It is very rare that I receive an order that is accurate to what I asked for. My final straw is the chunky cheese I received that also contained mysterious debris and chunks. Come on :(
Service sucks. Ridiculously slow. Have been in line over 15 minutes and nobody is moving. It’s like this every time! If you’re hungry, go somewhere else.

Really makes me sad having to make this review. I used to love coming to this Taco Bell, but in the last few months it has gone downhill so fast. The wait times have always been something joked about here, but lately it's become almost impossible to come here for "fast food" when you're expected to wait 45-60 minutes for this food (even in the drive thru). When your food finally does arrive, it's either made incorrectly, cold, or you're missing entire items. The staff is usually very polite about remaking whatever you need, but most times when this occurs, it's still an incredibly long wait time and 9/10 times, it's made wrong just in a different way. Just really, really disappointing when this is the only Taco Bell in the area or within a 100 mile radius.
