Staff is unnecessarily rude to customers,they’re shut down during the busiest hours of the day. We got turned away 3 times throughout the day due to them being closed during lunch hours or not being able to serve what was on the menu due to too many orders and them being understaffed . Over all terrible service and horrible staff, also the food is way too over priced with everything averaging 15 dollars each.

I politely asked the man with black earrings at the counter of “The Rendezvous” restaurant if the menu up on the screen was the whole menu, and he rudely replied without making eye contact “Yeah, we’re just a small airport! We’re not serving steaks here!” I obviously was not impressed with his customer service so I did not place an order. I do not recommend this place!!

I arrived early in the morning for my flight. As I got through security I noticed the Open sign on, but the gates were down. They were opened after a few minutes. I walked in and was not even acknowledged by the two people working there who seemed more intent on getting themselves coffee, eating their breakfast, chatting with each other, and watching TV. I lingered for about 20 minutes, pacing back and forth, tortured by the aroma of fresh-brewed coffee. Then I got Pop Tarts from the vending machine to tide me over until I get to Philly.

I ordered chicken with buffalo sauce on the side. The chicken came out way over cooked and burnt, it was black. I let the server know and said I understand if the oil needs to be changed. The cook was very rude and I could hear everything. He said the manger was lazy and hasn’t changed the oil. I say okay and ate my fry’s. Another customer next to me also ordered chicken and it was cooked perfectly and not burnt. I left a note on my bill explaining this and the cook loudly said I ate some and sent it back. I heard everything. This place and that cook need a serious lesson in hospitality. I feel bad for people who travel this location regularly.
