better vending machines more newer i been at 3 machines in 3 different places and lost money due to stuff not vending just like today 11/18 i used one at my work the essex center and clicked a number but due to a bottle was stuck it wouldn't let others go out so it took the money instead of refunding it

Two times I called and tried to inquire about a pool table, both times I was transferred to someone that could help me, I had to leave a voicemail I left my name and phone number and why I was calling and never received a call back. I guess my business isn't wanted.

Poor customer service. Their employee Barb, was extremely disrespectful to me. All I was trying to do was find out the status of my refund and suggest some improvements within their system of handling refunds. She then raised her voice and told me that this is their policy and if I have an issue with it I can speak to her manager. When I asked to speak with the manager she hung up on me mid sentence. As someone who personally works in customer service, this is absolutely disgusting behavior. If you are unhappy with your job, you should quit.
