This place is AWESOME! Being from NYC, visiting my sister in Pleasantville, I’ve found my go-to deli here! Got an amazing Cuban sandwich for my Cuban wife (“good ones” are hard to find), and an Italian for myself (… sandwich that is— not another wife). Service & friendliness is next-level.
For full disclosure, yes, it is a bit pricy, but totally worth it! Much rather pay an extra dollar or 2 for an amazing sandwich than save a few cents for inferior quality.

Frank & Joe's catered an event at my work place Pace University and I simply cannot say enough good things about them. From start to finish they were a dream to work with. Everything was perfect and the food was delicious. Delivery was seamless and the delivery person was so nice and helpful. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
If you want to spend $8 and some change on a bacon egg and cheese on a roll then by all means go ahead and go here.

No else makes a sandwich like this ! It is simply the best ! These guys quite simply make the best, most delicious & full sandwiches in the county, nothing else in the area compares & they have been doing it years ! This is not an open & close a couple of months later flash in the pan place, these guys have stood the test of time for years , how & why ?? because they are again simply the best ! From Breakfast, lunch & even Dinner the food is always delicious & plentiful ! And the staff is always friendly & quick to complete your order. I can not say enough about Frank & Joes and i always look forward to my visits there & you will too ! don't forget to ask for their fresh store made Roast Beef or Turkey, you can't get better anywhere else.

My experience has always been great. Best Italian deli around. I have been going there for 15 years and they are always great. Always pleasant and always good food.
To all those reviewers especially the woman who used stereotypical racist tropes when referring to tbe two short Latin men one with beady eyes and the even shorter Italian man with beady eyes you owe them an apology. For your information the man you referred two as the short Italian he has a name Robert and he unexpectedly passed away a few months ago. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
These men are hard working small business owners who put up with rude people like you every day and are always pleasant. It’s an Italian deli you expect to wait especially in a good one you all need to stop sounding so privileged and give them your respect.
There are other delis that you can go to no one has put a gun to your head to go there. People like you really need to lighten up and stop thinking everybody owes you something..
One of the best Italian delis I've ever been to. So many delicious sandwiches. Been there many times. Homemade marinara sauce is amazing, as is the imported ravioli. Beef brisket on a hero is my favorite. Eggplant is one of my go-tos. I went there today. Robert will be missed.

Let me start off by saying the food is great. The staff however, needs to do some training on etiquette. This is the second time I get into an altercation with this one particular beady eyed, 5'6 short light skinned Latino man (I believe he frequently takes phone orders). Upon arrival, I let them know I was picking up food that we placed over the phone for our office. I let them know what items I needed to be rung up because we were paying separately. Cue the beady eyed man popping out from behind the bread display yelling that they DON'T do that and that is not how the order was placed over the phone. I began to explain that if you ring up the order on the register, what is the difference? Can you please ring them up separately? "It's just not the way we do things. You should've told over the phone that you wanted them separate." This is the second time I have an argument with beady eyed man as well as an even shorter man who apparently is the owner. (Italian short older man with glasses). There was however, one tall blond white man with a dark blue deli crewneck today that tried to deescalate the situation and suggest that they just separate the order anyway but the beady eyed man simply said, no. While the food is great, like others have previously stated, it is not worth dealing with unprofessional, rude attitudes that certain workers have in this establishment. What a shame.
