It was so brutally cold in the restaurant. People wore their winter coats and the hot food became cold immediately. They had 2 tiny heaters at each end of the room but it did nothing. The food is great —Stick to take out!!

Got a chicken platter and Greek salad. 50$ later I get home to have 5 pieces of chicken in the actual platter. If you are going to charge me $30 for a platter, I expect more than 3ounces of chicken and a lb of rice filler. I was given 6 pieces of pita though. Not even 1 piece of chicken for each.

We finally made it to Lefteris in Hartsdale, and wow — everything lived up to the hype. The grilled octopus was tender with the perfect char, and the gyro platter? Flavor-packed and juicy, no sauce needed. Sometimes less really is more! 🙌
We also dove into their world-famous Greek salad, loaded with fresh veggies and that signature dressing that’s basically magic in a bottle. 🥗✨
Between the food, the atmosphere, and the drinks (a mojito and a chilled glass of white wine — perfection!), this spot checked every box. Proof that you don’t have to go to Greece for a real Greek experience — it’s right here in Hartsdale. 💙🇬🇷

I love this chain, but this is easily the worst Lefteris. The food is not nearly as good as the Tarrytown location. It’s actually worth the extra 10-15 minutes to go to another location.

Stopped by for an early dinner. We were greeted with a smile when we walked in the door and seated quickly. Restaurant was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Menu was expansive with plenty of choices. Our server, Nicolle, promptly took our order. Food was fresh and tasted great. Service was top-notch. Will definitely be back in the near future.

We stopped here on our way to Boston from Philly since it is right off of Saw Mill River Parkway. The food was fast and flavorful, the kids meals were great and inspired by Greek gods, and the people who worked there were so kind. I loved the vegetarian and seafood options. We will definitely stop here again when making this drive.
Waiters looked confused and very slow. The food was tasty but cold. Lots of parking.

We are long time Lefteris fans and have had lunch at this relatively new satellite branch in Pleasantville several times. While not nearly as big, boisterous or busy as the mother ship in Tarrytown, the menu is basically the same and the food consistently delicious. It’s the much smaller and quieter cousin, but a very nice place to enjoy the best Greek food in Westchester!
Asked for a gyro(lamb) The counter person insisted tht a wanted a Souvlaki sandwich. Thinking thts another word for gyro. Got home to my surprise it wasn't a gyro. I like the lefteris in Tarrytown much better.
