5 minutes before closing we arrived at Poppa G. The only restaurant we found to be open during our road trip. From the outside, it looks like nothing special. But, good French fries, great bbq chicken and to top of off with a good pizza. You cannot go wrong here!

The crust was crisp like a cracker! Hard to find people who know that secret! The best crust I've had in a long time!even in the middle. I'll be back.

Amazing food and I can not thank them enough for delivering pizza and wings when we had no power and hungry kids! They don’t deliver (yet) and they are truly amazing for coming out for us! AMAZING food!!!

First time getting food here and the riggies,fried meatballs, and the buffalo chicken sandwich were all great! Highly recommend!

Went in for the first time tonight, DELICIOUS pizza. Very easy to use the online ordering, had it set to be picked up at 6. Got there around 5:50, still had a couple minutes, no biggie. When the pizza was done, the nice lady at the counter brought out my food for me. Big points from me because unknown by her- I had a hungry and over tired one year old in the car. Amazing service. Highly Recommend and my AND my son approves😬🍕.

Been to alot of place in the utica rome area and I have to say the food at Poppa G's in Poland is excellent. Hands down one of the top 10 pizzerias in the area. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. If your up that way or want to take a drive 12 minutes north or utica i recommend stopping.

Got a garlic pizza, spaghetti, and fried dough. The food was very good. Service was friendly and they were very helpful when I messed up the order process.
The pizza is delicious and I loved the texture of fried dough.

Tried this place for the first time passing through. Heard the food was good so had to try it. The pizza and wings were very good, wings were big and crispy. It also came with celery and carrots the best blue cheese I've had in a long time. I also ordered a sausage and pepper sub. The sub roll toasted and sausage was fried, peppers were tender, not can garbage like a lot of places do. I had them put provolone on mine. Great Sausage and pepper sub! Next stop through Poland, I'll get a Large! This place I highly recommend!

Tried many times but will not do it again. The chicken parm subs are like chewing on boot leather they are slicing breast's to 1/4" and it is terrible the only meal we got that was excellent was the chicken parm family meal everything else not so good never again

Tried the greens and wings today. The greens were delicious and spicy-very flavorful. The wings were big and cooked perfectly! They were crisp but not overcooked with a perfect amount of sauce. Next we’re trying the upside down pizza.
