Poppa G’s Pizzeria & Family Kitchen

I hate leaving bad reviews myself but this place is just a waste of space the customer service is embarrassing. I'm a cook myself and when I tell you my 11 year old daughter can make better food I'm not kidding. Save your money your not missing anything here. I don't care what people have to say about local family owned business anymore because the ones around here are the reasons why I stopped trying & unfortunately they always have an excuse instead of owning it. Idk if it's just this area or if this is just happening all over the world but I'm over it.

Family owned restaurants are always so nice. It’s so clean inside and they make sure people are comfortable and happy. Food is amazing.

Good pizza and wings. They do a thinner crust that holds up to the toppings. The wings were bigger than most places.

My friend and I stopped because we were hungry and it was close.She had chicken riggies and raved about it.My chicken tenders were moist,and satisfyingly crisp.We sampled cheese pizza and loved the thin crust and everything about it.Mark is the perfect host!Took our order,served us,and threw in great conversation-for free.The restroom is clean.We will be back,very soon.

5 minutes before closing we arrived at Poppa G. The only restaurant we found to be open during our road trip. From the outside, it looks like nothing special. But, good French fries, great bbq chicken and to top of off with a good pizza. You cannot go wrong here!

The crust was crisp like a cracker! Hard to find people who know that secret! The best crust I've had in a long time!even in the middle. I'll be back.

Amazing food and I can not thank them enough for delivering pizza and wings when we had no power and hungry kids! They don’t deliver (yet) and they are truly amazing for coming out for us! AMAZING food!!!

First time getting food here and the riggies,fried meatballs, and the buffalo chicken sandwich were all great! Highly recommend!

Went in for the first time tonight, DELICIOUS pizza. Very easy to use the online ordering, had it set to be picked up at 6. Got there around 5:50, still had a couple minutes, no biggie. When the pizza was done, the nice lady at the counter brought out my food for me. Big points from me because unknown by her- I had a hungry and over tired one year old in the car. Amazing service. Highly Recommend and my AND my son approves😬🍕.

Been to alot of place in the utica rome area and I have to say the food at Poppa G's in Poland is excellent. Hands down one of the top 10 pizzerias in the area. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. If your up that way or want to take a drive 12 minutes north or utica i recommend stopping.
