When my orders have taken 5 minutes longer than planned the staff has always sincerely apologized. “Trattoria Calabria in Utica was an experience from start to finish. Everything was amazing. The owner serves you family style and comes out to talk to you between every course, which made the whole night feel so personal and unique. The food was incredible the soup from the first course was actually my favorite, and then they just kept bringing out mussels, eggplant, meatballs, sausage… literally SO much food I could barely breathe by the end 😂 There were 17 of us and every single moment was a great experience. I will 100% be back and will be telling all my New York friends about this place. Definitely one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had!”
