I live in NC these days but whenever I’m here a dinner at The Willows is mandatory. Not only is the food exceptional but the staff is great.

The filet is tender, juicy, and flavorful. For dessert, the chocolate pie is to die for. This is the best fine dining experience around the Utica area.
