If you can eat outside, I'd say that I recommend The Outpost for the atmosphere. Inside is a different story. The inside of the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The windows are filthy. The bay window ledge is fuzzy with dust and dead bugs. The chairs are dusty & filthy (the frames & legs of the chairs, not necessarily the seats).
