From the moment we walked in I knew we were in the right place.Evette was so welcoming answered all our questions and helped us with every detail from what kind of desserts,flavors and colors to match the theme. “We recently got a package of cupcakes, cookies and pretzel rods from Just Desserts by Jess for our son's first birthday, and we cannot say enough good things! Jess was prompt and helpful in her communications, giving color and design thoughts for my vague idea of "bears," to help set my order. When I picked up the desserts, everything was packaged so securely I had no concern about getting it home safely. Most importantly, everything tasted and looked absolutely amazing! Everyone kept commenting on how adorable the bear cookies were, and I even got a couple "I'm not usually a cake person but these are delicious" about the cupcakes. We wanted the desserts to be the centerpiece for our party, and Jess truly delivered for us!“

“Thrilled to find a shop serving ACTUAL gelato in Westchester. While their product can't compete with what you'd find in Rome, it is legitimately gelato and not ice cream masquerading as such - texture is dense and a little chewy, with very intense flavor. Pistachio and coffee were the winning flavors on our recent visit. Well worth a stop if you are in the area!“

Their custom cakes and cookies not only taste incredible but their decorators are extremely talented, they knock it out of the park every time. Everything that they make is out of this world, best bakery in the area by far.“

“The cannolis here are INCREDIBLE... 10/10!!! The cookies are pretty good, too, as they are not overly sweet and go perfectly with coffee or tea. However, their mini cakes are not the best, which is why I'm docking a star. I ordered a mini tiramisu which was dry and seemed to have a frosting layer rather than a creamy mascarpone, which was disappointing. Overall, awesome bakery! I would just say to avoid the mini cakes.“

“The service is exceptional - when choosing ice cream cakes, always willing to provide advice and take the time to personalize and make each one special. The ice cream cakes are freshly made here and by far the best. Ice cream and shakes are also great at this location. Finally, the equipment is well maintained and sanitary. Carvel does one thing - ice cream - and at Webster Ave it is done right!“

“Exactly what you want a Carvel to be. The soft-serve ice cream is delicious in a way that the other ice cream stores and trucks can’t/don’t match. And somehow this particular Carvel seems to make extra creamy soft-serve, even though I know that’s unlikely since I assume they’re following a standard recipe. Service is always friendly and helpful, and they have buy one get one free Sundaes on Wednesday!“

“Angela is an amazing artist and someone who knows how to deliver the best. We gave in our order on short notice and Angela without any problems delivered the cake with no problems. Not to mention how beautiful and elegant the cake looks, it was quite delicious. “So a version ery good place for ice cream but takes very long and I wish it was bigger and had more seating.But the ice cream is very good just when you get a large it’s more of a medium large.Also sometimes when you get a large(gotta have it) the person won’t fill it as much and when my 6 year old cousin went here with me and asked for the biggest size the guy looked at her and me weirdly as if she wasn’t supposed to get the largest size.So 4 or 3 1/2 stars“
