Port Chester Coach Diner

Personally my food was cold after they said that they were remaking it. But the meat didnt feel completely cooked through. Felt like we were ignored for most of our time there so ehh. Paid $140 for food i didnt even eat .

Very disappointing experience. I found a hair in my salad, and when I sent it back, the replacement salad looked old and unappetizing. When I politely asked to cancel my order, the waiter responded with attitude instead of addressing the issue. Customer service and food quality both fell short of expectations.

My family ordered the nachos (we have all had them before) and asked for no tomatoes or jalapeños and the food came back with tomatoes everywhere and it was spicy. We confronted the waiter nicely and he told us he would take off all the nachos from the bill but when we got it and saw that they only took off one of the dishes and told us the others were almost empty (they weren’t) and we left still paying the same amount.

Will not be going back again!

Food was fine. Not great. Waiter was oblivious to our empty waters for half the dinner. And the manager was such a rude man. No wonder diners are dying this one should be next.

The food quality has gone terrible! I used to order the same food everytime I come here and it was the best. The best thing I had was the soup they include in my meal. I don't know if its the night crew but the food was bad, after I left it felt sick afterwards. Luckily it wasn't food poisoning.

I don't think I can back after this experience.

I would not and I say never recommend this diner to anyone if you really want to enjoy a nice meal. The portions are questionable and the quality of the food is even worst. Ive never seen a restaurant fail so badly at making simple fluffy rice and this diner stunned me. Overpriced service for the most mediocre food.

The waiter forgot my food and when I got the bill, his tip was already added in as usual when I went to get it adjusted for him, forgetting my food they did not understand what I said, because they could not understand English

We had a group of 20 people and they took great care of us. All the food came out right and hot and tasty. The waiter handled our group so well and kept the coffee coming. Great service !
