The place is spotless nothing dirty but the bathroom need a air freshener it smell horrible

Khalil helped us during our visit two days ago.
This location of Shake Shack was clean, service was quick and attentive. We had a gift card and could nit use the kiosk so Khalil helped us complete the order with the gift card. Once the food was ready he even delivered it to our table. A few mins late my mother dropped her iced tea. We told Khalil so no one would get hurt, and almost immediately he provided us with another tea and took the mop out to wipe it all up. Excellent...read full review

Shake Shack Port Chester is located in a shopping center just off of 287, with plenty of parking. The restaurant is clean, well managed, and super spacious, featuring a pleasant outdoor eating area decorated with strole lights; during spring and summer it is a great spot to have a beer and a burger on the patio. Orders are placed at the counter or via computer kiosk, and the food is delivered straight from the kitchen. The menu is creative and reasonably priced.
The food is consistently solid, with excellent burgers highly recommended way above any other burger chains, along with amazing fries and shakes. Meals are presented as ordered, tasting pretty good, and are often prompt, fresh, and hot. The staff is very sweet, well trained, friendly, and efficient, going all out to get orders through; they have been noted for providing exceptional service, including small celebratory gestures for guests. Wait times can be long during busy periods, such as on a Friday night, but the overall experience is great. Many customers consider it one of the best experiences at a Shake Shack and plan on returning.
