The iced tea is supposed to be diluted with water and shaken 10x! The horizontal lines on the cups guide the dilution ratio. The baristas had no idea what we meant by "shaken iced tea" and didn't bother to clarify. They just poured a venti cup of tea concentrate and sent us on our way. :(
Two girls that are usually there on Saturday’s have the worst customer service. They seemed angry at you because they get your order wrong. They act like they don’t want to work there. If you are in a rush don’t go there. Today is 8/19 12:17 pm

For some reason this Starbucks is always low on whip cream l, chocolate syrup, crumble etc…… majority of toppings for seasonal beverages and traditional beverages. I rarely tend to leave low reviews, but every time I come here they’re always out of something and I always have to change what I’m gonna get. If it’s not one beverage it’s the other.
