Worst customer service! Sunday afternoon and my cappuccino was served quarter of cup and the rest just foam, they don’t care !!Worst baristas ever

For some reason this Starbucks is always low on whip cream l, chocolate syrup, crumble etc…… majority of toppings for seasonal beverages and traditional beverages. I rarely tend to leave low reviews, but every time I come here they’re always out of something and I always have to change what I’m gonna get. If it’s not one beverage it’s the other.

The iced tea is supposed to be diluted with water and shaken 10x! The horizontal lines on the cups guide the dilution ratio. The baristas had no idea what we meant by "shaken iced tea" and didn't bother to clarify. They just poured a venti cup of tea concentrate and sent us on our way. :(

Two girls that are usually there on Saturday’s have the worst customer service. They seemed angry at you because they get your order wrong. They act like they don’t want to work there. If you are in a rush don’t go there. Today is 8/19 12:17 pm

Vegetarian options: Some sandwiches and bakery items are well as yogurtDietary restrictions: Tons of options to sub in your coffees and different types of food for snacks or lunchesParking: You can park in the front or the back of the building. Front is floor 1. Back is floor 2.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of non coffee drinks and fun cake pops for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Both entrances are ground level with lowered sidewalks at the points of entry level for wheelchairs

If I could give this place 0 starts I would, the costumer service was HORRIBLE, they displayed extremely unpleasant behavior thought out interaction. They couldn’t even bother to get my order right and I could hear them mumbling with the most horrible faces. I would much rather take the drive to the one on south ridge, Starbucks like these make me want to get coffee at Dunkin’ or even McDonalds and that’s saying a lot.

Terrible service its the second time the first there were two employees on the clock and they couldn't serve because their "trainer" was in lunch they said come back in an hour .......and today i walk in and they have one person and they literally closed because" its too much for her" if they are not gona open the business close it!!! its a waste of hours is she doesn't want to work go somewhere else.......They need to hire more people and need better service
