Ruvo, again, did not disappoint! Delicious food, this time I had the salmon! Wonderful, friendly service! Beautiful atmosphere. The perfect place to go after seeing a show at Theatre Three, walking distance. Enjoy!

Not a fan, the cocktails were bad, the wine selection was subpar. The service provided was poor, I felt like my family and I were being rushed out even though the restaurant was not busy.

As always this place is tops. Best cocktails and the food is always spot on. Best meal for lunch or dinner, flounder oreganata. Staff is always friendly and we love coming here again and again. We always meet the nicest people at the bar as well

My wife an I stopped by Ruvo for lunch and we left with mixed reviews. We both agreed the service was excellent, and the hot antipasto was as well. She had the scallops and risotto, and I ordered a well done Ruvo bacon burger. My burger was burnt on the outside and completely rare inside. The server was passing by and immediately took it away. I didn't even have to say a word. That's how bad it looked. The server brought out another one, but it took too long and my wife already finished her lunch. They did take it off the bill which I appreciated. Not sure how you can cook scallops and risotto to perfection and mess up so badly on a simple burger. We are going back to give them another chance, because our server made every attempt to correct the situation, and we enjoyed everything else.

Excellent food and service. There is no rushing and they have a nice dessert menu. Great cappuccino.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Ruvo last night with another couple who have raved about the place. We now understand why. From the moment we entered the place, with reservations, the service was outstanding The young waitress who took our order was extremely attentive and obviously in the right line of work. She was waiting on several tables but not once were we ever looking for her. She always checked on us and we did not need anything when she was not there. The food was amazing! We all had stuffed flounder, veal parm and caesar salads and it lived up to the hype. I am very excited to try it again with one of the price fixed options! Can't get a better deal than that!

We are locals and have been here many times. We ordered in today, as a treat, and half the meal was absolutely perfect (flounder - so good), but the chicken parm was terrible. The chicken tasted like it must have been placed on a recently cleaned and not wiped down counter- chemically and gross. Super disappointing considering the cost and pretty egregious issue. I think we are officially done with Ruvo.

I usually love the food at Ruvo. My wife ordered the meatball and rigatoni and I have to agree with James D one star review from a year ago; it did taste like "high school cafeteria sauce". Big disappointment. A good sauce is simple to make, sauté some celery, carrots and onions in olive oil or just sauté some garlic and olive and throw in some San Marzano tomatoes and simmer for while. If you want to make the sauce sweeter just add more onions, no need for sugar. Joseph D, I expect the sauce to be better next time I'm there and some drinks on you.

Stopped in on a Friday night for dinner with a friend. Our martinis were great and the food was delicious. The staff was very accommodating to our slight meal customizations. Definitely will be back.

Amazing Italian spot in Port Jeff. Service is always great and food is delicious! Portions are generous. Moody and cozy ambiance.

Had a very good experience there on Valentine's Day with their price fix menu. The food was great and the ambience was perfect.
