Service here is very good with a very friendly atmosphere. Would also like to see more healthy food options on the menu.

Love the people but they never have all the beer on tap. Never have what we like on tap, always out of Bluepoint. And have no food options for people who can't eat meat and or dairy, besides snacks like fries and pretzel.

This place is a dump with horrible service. We went here for Easter brunch . The place is run down. Looks like it hasn't been updated in 25+ years. Bathroom doors falling apart. Outside views are beautiful but overshadowed by run down tennis courts and volleyball court. And construction "do not enter" fencing. The food was average at best . Very dull . The waitress we had was missing something upstairs. She screwed up basically everything from the drinks to the check at the end. We had to stay an extra 45 minutes disputing the bill because of it. The POS systems were down apparently. They tried to over charge us and then charged us another $30 three days later without our approval! Everything sucked except the view of the water. I Wouldn't go back for free

The Waterview 1000/10 they were incredible from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive, the bridal attendant was a star. The whole year of planning was made so easy, Lynn answered all our questions and helped make our vision come to life. It was the first venue we toured and nothing else compared. It was everything we wanted. - Bride from October 6th, 2023

I would not recommend this place if you intend to eat here. Drinks? Yes. Food? No. The service is mediocre. The food is average. We waited 45 minutes for appetizers. My lobster Mac and cheese was room temperature. I returned it. It came back slightly warmer. I did not eat it. The flatbread pizza looked like a 5 year old prepared it. It did not look appetizing at all. Tasted like a frozen box pizza. We did not eat that. The baked clams were pretty tasty. Very large. Lots of breading. The sauce is what helped. The tacos looked pretty good. I did not taste them but was told they were acceptable. Lunch OK. Chicken Milanese was tasty. Pork loin was tasty. We were compensated for the poor service and inadequate food. Sorry to say we won't be back for food. The view is spectacular and Abdul was very friendly and helpful.

OMG I wish they have a DOUBLE ZERO to give this restaurant what a BAD experience we had here went here for a Father's Day dinner, first when we got in we were like OMG this place looks awesome the receptionist was very nice took us right in put us right in-front with a water view... So far so good it' was 6:45pm.In the whole restaurant maybe has 2 or 3 tables occupied very slow night we thought maybe because the weather wasn't that great it was overcast...Sitting there for more than 10-15 minutes NO ONE comes over our table not even to say anything,,, there was one waitress helping the only table we can see on our left side I tried more then 3-4 times to get her attention, but she kept looking to the other side every time she passed by us, and maybe by the 4th time she looked after I made it obvious and she said "ok I will ask someone to come help you..." After that a sweet lady came over by then we where there for more then 15 minutes with nothing on our table, we asked her for everything in the same time so we don't have yo wait any longer,,, she came back with a bottle of wine and bread we were ok here we go but then I reminded her about the olive oil that I asked before and then waited an other 5 minutes for that to come...We sat there having the wine and the bread waiting for the appetizer...20... 30... 35... later still NOTHING even tho the waitress came to our table couple of times to ask if everything good I kept making a joke about going down to the water to pick up the oysters that I ordered 40 minutes prior and yet nothing come just when I got up to maybe see what's going on or talk to someone then a guy from the kitchen came to the table with the Oyster Jefferson. I came back to the table by then I was just hungry and I needed to eat but wait for it when we taste it it taste like literally ASH. On my life it was burned and it tasted like Ash :(((By now I lost my mind and I asked for a manger to come to my table, just to make the story shorter for the first time in my life I go to what is considered "a good restaurant" and just leave hungry and angry and very disappointed!

We went to The Grille at Waterview which is the restaurant part of this venue on a Saturday night. The decor was beautiful, as was the view. The service was good and for part of the time, there was an excellent guitarist. However, we should have known better when we entered. The restaurant was empty. There were two other tables taken at 6:30 pm. We started with appetizers. My husband had a Caesar salad which was average at best. I had an arugula salad with nothing else in it but some sliced celery. There was no bread offered, although there were bread plates on the table. As the main course, we each had steak frites, the most expensive thing on the menu - the asparagus was cold, the steak was lukewarm. My husband's was medium rare as he had asked, and mine was medium (although I had asked for medium rare) and full of grizzle. After all this, we didn't even bother with dessert. This was a terrible experience. Although we're local, we will not be back. Not sure what the catering portion of this venue is like, but if it's anything like The Grille, I wouldn't even bother looking at it.

2nd Easter Brunch. Wonderful view and food. Hard to do but everything tastes great. From lamb to raw bar to mimosas!

My amazing boyfriend took me here for our anniversary. Our server, Connor, was absolutely amazing. Very hard working, informative and fulfilled every request with a smile. The environment was beautiful, beautiful view, beautiful music. The food was delicious. We ordered the lovers quarrel, the steak melted in our mouths. Drinks were also delicious. Highly recommend.

My family and I just recently had a surprise 75th birthday for my father at The WaterView at Port Jefferson Country Club. It was in the Harbor View Room hosting 50 people. This is truly a wonderful place to have an event. The room was very spacious, along with outdoor seating with stunning views of the Long Island sound. Service was excellent beginning with the Events Sales Manager Meg. She was very kind and incredibly patient! Anytime I had a request or change she always quick to respond and very accommodating. The service at the party was also great and the staff was incredibly attentive to all of our guests. I would also like to give a special thanks to Alex our head server for not only being great, but for also helping us with the perfect story to get my father to room for the surprise. He deserves an Oscar! We started with Passed Hors D'Oeuvres and then Plated Menu with Ultra Premium open Bar. We chose: Tomato Mozzarella Caprese Salad over a bouquet of Baby Greens with Balsamic Pesto Small dish of Rigatoni Pasta (we added) Sliced Sirloin Port Wine & Mushroom Demi-Glace Chicken Francaise Boneless Chicken sauteed in Brown Mushroom Sauce Grilled Atlantic Salmon Herb-Encrusted with Lemon Butter Sauce. Drinks were fantastic and our guests all raved how wonderful the food was. Thank you again to everyone at The Waterview for making this very special day a time we will always treasure.

Nice place for an event, very good space inside and well decorated. Good service as well, very attentive. Salmon was cooked very nicely for lunch, potatoes were perfectly crispy

4 stars overall 5 +++ view, maybe the best view in region Had a nice lunch here over the weekend. They have an interesting board brunch menu but we decided to order off the regular menu. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The location sits on a cliff with a clear view of Connecticut about 15 miles across the Long Island sound. Wow! The interior is nicely updated and has a large U shaped hard wood bar with granite type top. We were seated at a water view booth overlooking miles of the Long Island Sound. We has a prime strip steak cooked to expectation. Maybe slightly salty, but u can get slightly overly salted steaks at the most premium steak houses. We also had a traditional wedge salad with steak add on. A huge portion of fillet. This was fabulous, i'd get this on my return. For apps we had calamari, it was decent, just not super. As a side we had a mushroom and roasted corn dish that had smoked bacon and lima beans, very good and unique. Our server was polite, knowledgable and professional. We were enjoying the view so much we ordered cappuccino's and an apple crisp type desert. Both delicious! I recommend this place and i will return. Overall the food is probably a 4 on the High End Steak House grading scale (not a bad grade, a good grade, just not super excellent). It is sill a "recommend" and "will return" The view is phenomenal and worth the trip alone.
