Service is always friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. It's the best Burger King around.
Ashley at Port Jervis store was very helpful and pleasant. She made the whole meal worthwhile . Great employee.
Service area needed restocking. Asked for cover of my medium drink. Was told to use other size which also was not displayed. I then told her that none was available. With a frustrated look she gave me one from behind the counter. And her frustration was Clearly shown. A bad impression for a paying customer and an experienced asst manager in the fast food Industry. I am now retired and get frustrated when I see situations like this in today's world. No need for it.
