Crumbl Cookie is honestly a hit or miss, but when it hits, it hits. The cookies are huge, warm, and super soft, like you can tell they’re fresh. The flavors change every week, which is fun and keeps it exciting
Very nice cookies that taste splendid! However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!
The Dubai chocolate brownie probably one of the best we had from crumbles. Pink sugar/red velvet was also great. My son crazy for crumble cookies sometimes I took a bites it’s really fulfilling . One time we had a bad experience with delivery the guy really made the cookies disgusting I don’t recommend order this way but for pick up yes. Cookies was fresh and delicious!
