People order online from you because they have disabilities that prevent them from speaking. So when you call them, they cannot answer. Maybe next time the gentleman who makes phone calls can be more considerate of other people's disabilities and not give them attitude just because they're sold out of items. I think it's disgusting the message that your person left on my mom's answering machine. I've half of mine to come down there and settle this myself.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! The food is very good also. Plain crumb cake is delicious! They make a very good egg white and cheese on a bagel also. Prices are reasonable too!!!!!

The food is fine, but the owner is out of control. The prices are mis-labeled, and online ordering is useless. Get it together, I’m not spending $7 for an inconsistent and mediocre bagel!!

The staff could not have been nicer, food was good. While I’d look forward to eating here again with slim pickens as they are for breakfast in my hometown here, I was appalled that the owner seems to feel it is okay to serve everything on disposables! Wake up people and let the owner know this is unacceptable.

Food is good but the wait is too long and accuracy is not always good. I ordered one egg sandwich with double egg, double cheese, and double bacon. I ordered ahead online and still had to wait for it. I got no meat on it and ran all the way back and asked for a refund. I didn't get a refund but got bacon added on top. For making me pour sweat to return there, I should have gotten a refund.

Only had takeout but food was delicious. The menu on the wall is overwhelming and I ended up just ordering what I usually do but couldn't find on their menu, a BLT bagel and bagel and cream cheese. I felt like I stood there for a good two minutes trying to find it on the menu. ?

The wait for food is excessive. Every few months I try to give the m another chance. The food is great but to have to wait 10 min for a bagel(not toasted) and cream cheese after ordering is beyond frustrating and happens every time. They should reevaluate how they handle the ordering and check out. There is an easier more efficient way…..
