Took my Mom back to her home town Portville 2 years ago. She said she wanted to go to Red's and Trudy's like she always did as a kid- over 70 years ago. I said there is no way they'll still be there mom. They were. Those hamburgers are to die for. We each had 2 and wanted 3 but were embarrased. We are flying back this month ONLY to go back for more. They have been there 100 years for a reason. No shame this time, we are eating as many as two old bats can hold....
Tried something a little different and glad we did. We had our 2 little grands, myself and hubby and the atmosphere and staff were beyond welcoming!! The prices were very reasonable considering 4 people ate for 35.00 including dessert, yeah let's talk about that amazing large strawberry shortcake..ummm yummy! I was a little taken back as their cheeburgers are not traditional patties but let me say it was phenomenal! The rolls are absolutely delicious and unlike any I have...
