We drive more than an hour from Chautauqua Lake a few times a year for the oasis of ambiance at Sprague's. It's located outside of Portville, between no where and no where. Beautiful setting and huge well appointed dining room. The wait staff swooshes around the massive dining room in a true precision dance of elevated service delivery. Food is awesome. Hostess was not very friendly but the rest of the staff was absolutely a delight. I can't say enough about our waitress Brianna, she definitely has a great love for her customers. She went above and beyond to make us feel great. No empty glasses or missing anything we needed. The pictures will explain the ambiance, words would not describe.

An all-time favorite restaurant, they always do a great job. They do breakfast all day, and the pancakes are all-you-can-eat of their options (all are worth trying). Their homemade sausage is top tier, they serve their own syrup made in house as well. Staff are always friendly, the room is always buzzing with good energy. It can be a bit loud for conversation due to the open concept, and you might have to wait for a table if you don't come early - WORTH IT.
