“My girlfriend and I ate here in early April 2024. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The server was friendly and answered our questions about the maple processing tours they do. (March and October if I remember correctly) She got the Ruben sandwich and I had the stuffed French toast and their homemade sausage. Everything we got was delicious and came out perfect. We got a bottle of their maple syrup at their gift shop on the way out that I’m still using. We will definitely be back in the future!“

“I witnessed a situation while I was there on Sunday and the staff handled it very well despite being berated. The woman claimed “do you see what truck i drove here with? Do you think I can’t afford to pay my bill?” because apparently the atm wasn’t working. I used it before and after said customer tried because I didn’t withdrawal enough the first time and decided to grab to-go shakes! I would assume the issue was that it might not work with credit cards, so if you’re planning to eat on credit, keep that in mind. Luckily there is a bank 327.8 yards away from reds and Trudy’s if their atm ever did stop working. It’s been a cash only business since it opened decades ago. And the prices reflect that! So affordable. Also I’ve never once had an issue with their food quality. In fact, I went back again today because it was so good on Sunday! I only came on here because the customer seemed like they’d be the type to give a bad review, and alas… I was correct. So I’m giving my two cents after a wonderful meal again today. Waitress was fast, attentive, and kind. Food was high quality and customer service was great! My card withdrew money just fine and I’ll be back again! Ps: try their broccoli and cheese soup.“

“This is one of the most popular restaurants in Olean. They don't take reservations, so be prepared to stand in line, especially on Friday & Saturday evenings. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing. You can't go wrong here!!“

“Fusion is one of our favorite places to eat in Olean/Allegany or anywhere! It was the obvious choice for our wedding caterer. Aaron and Mary were so helpful in the planning process and made our ideal menu a reality. It was a very low stress process leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. They were so considerate of my allergies and guest allergies. They accommodated our no frills, state park venue. They made a beautiful presentation and the food was delicious as always. I’m so glad that Fusion could be part of our day! Highly recommend for your catering needs!“

“Great list when it comes to ice cream. Never seen so many desserts, so many options and choices. what's the menu was a little bigger in the prices, saying a little steep. answer the atmosphere. Is very family friendly book a news from work on the cleaning part.“

“Chris and Payton did an outstanding job. Service was spot on and top notch. They were both on top of their game, and checked on us frequently even during the dinner rush to make sure we were all good. The food came out just as we ordered, perfectly cooked, and delicious. My son is always a picky eater and he ate every bite so that says a lot for us as parents to his approval. We will be back for sure.“

“Had the Beer Battered Fish Fry with coleslaw and onion rings with petal sauce….Absolutely fantastic, fish was tender and moist without being greasy. Great flavor in the coleslaw good balance of acidity. Petal sauce was perfect. Waitress was super friendly and service was very quick…only took about 10-15 mins after ordering for food to be served. Highly recommend.“

“Love supporting local and this was just another one of those experiences of a locally owned and operated restaurant. The proof is in the quality of the food and presentation. The steak sandwich was over the top tender and full of flavor and the wings were crispy and delicious . They even came with celery on the side ! We also had the nachos with chicken which were excellent as well . Not to mention the great service from the waitress and staff. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area:-)“

“Stopped in on a random Friday afternoon, new to the area but my fiancé knows the owner. Has since been sold to the son. Had an amazing time talking to both of them. As someone who has gone through an exact situation, it was heartwarming to see that their legacy is still going strong. Highly recommend the stuffed peppers appetizer and the fish sandwich“

“Great service dining in or delivery. Best pizza in the area fresh or leftover. Great subs and chicken wings/ sides. The most recent time I got food was boneless chicken butter garlic Parmesan. It was fantastic, they actually make themselves and use minced garlic.“

“Everything was delicious! Alcohol in general was a bit expensive but to be expected. Our waitress was nice and attentive. we went in at about 2pm and their wasn't many people. I had the Nacho Hamburgeresa and we'd definitely come again.“

“A - Nice place, food is good. Same food you'd get at Perkins or Friendly's. We have only ever ordered breakfast here. We've been here a few times . A couple of the wait staff were completely clueless about everything. Maybe they are new workers (?)The waitress that is there all the time is very good and attentive.Once we came as a party of 6 and had trouble having table arrangements. All tables in the front were filled, and we couldn't fit 6 in a booth. There were only about two booths where moving a small table over would work. That partially blocked the way to the bathrooms and back entrance/exit.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free toast with breakfast. Like many other places, they charge extra for it.“

“Service was amazing, food was piping hot, and pricing was beyond fair. Billy was working the bar, several people working the kitchen, place is a perfect local joint that was very welcoming and friendly. Wing night after 7pm the first couple nights of the week and they’re legit. I eat a lot of chicken wings and these were wonderful. Almost too many flavors to pick from and then the rest of the menu is massive too. I spied on some pizza, flatbreads, and burgers and no one was short on their portions. Everything was fresh, fast, and legit. I haven’t stayed in olean on my way home before but it’s halfway and this will be my go to every time.Parking: Plenty of parking all around and next to.Kid-friendliness: Seemed like kids would be welcome here at appropriate hours. Everyone including patrons were super friendly.“

“I was here for a class reunion luncheon. It was pretty quiet overall, except for our table! I highly recommend the onion soup. LOADED with cheese and delicious bread underneath. Make sure to save room for dessert! The carrot cake was incredibly delicious! I took a couple bites and then home to share with hubby. Thankfully, he didn't want any and I got it all! HA! I also took home a piece of Baklava cake. Nice flavor, not completely sold on it. Lots of pistachios, but not a traditional 'baklava' flavor in the cream cheese filling. Maybe needs some honey or orange juice? I will be back as I thoroughly enjoyed my time there!“
