A rude blonde , female senior aged manager at the Potsdam building, double charged on payment and didn't want to make good on already promised refund by other management, after I drove an extra trip. She told employees also who tried to make things better to go away she was the manager. I feel bad for them. she didn't keep the other girls promise not her problem.
called the corporate office and they cared.
