Trash, uncooked egg and the cheese wasn’t melted. Took longer than the 100 years war to have them make it.

This location has the worst custorm service. Even when they are not busy or short staffed they take a good 5-10 minutes to acknowledge you and take your order. I've waited a insane amount of time to have my order taken when I'm the only person in the store and there's barley any cars in drive through. Disappointing. Also some very rude employees.

I worked for Canton Dunkin for almost 3 years, loved it. And I've now worked on the market Street, Potsdam one for 6 months and have done nothing but food.They termed me for losing my temper with their, not quite fit to be a manager yet...So, please if you order food from here anytime soon, be patient with the workers. They just termed their main sandwich maker. And it's not their fault the manager has no balls and let's corporate walk all over their employees and herself
