I’m very particular with my lattes and I went afew weeks ago and instantly when my latte was handed to me I could tell by how perfect the color was that is was going to be be good!! Let’s just say I’ve never drank a latte that fast 😋🤣!! I was just so happy that it made my whole day so I called to thank who made it and was told it was a team effort by Gabriella and Angelina!!! Kristin is wonderful! She is usually working drive thru in the morning and is always so kind, personable, and all together wonderful. No matter how much of a rush, she remains all those wonderful qualities that many in customer service are missing. Thank you!

The staff works diligently to handle both the lobby and drive-thru lines efficiently, with one customer praising the team's ability to get orders out quickly. While one customer's order was missing an item, the staff was responsive and friendly in addressing the issue.
