First time trying to order from Potsdam Little Caesar’s and not a good experience. The Potsdam site comes up but choosing pickup or delivery does nothing but return you to the page to choose the location. Can’t see the Potsdam menu so don’t know what to order even by phone. Called and asked about offers we’ve seen advertised at other locations and they don’t do those. They must lose a ton of business with no online ordering and no way to see what they actually have....read full review

It is a busy place with understandable wait times due to being severely understaffed, though orders are often fast. It is better than Pizza Hut but not as good as Stewart's or former Nice N Easy.
