“Fireside catered our daughter’s wedding with a BBQ buffet & it was perfect! Food arrived hot & fresh & our servers were very professional. I have been to weddings where they have run out of food-definitely NOT the case with Fireside! Generous portions & we even had leftovers. Highly recommend!“

“I called for some advice to feed a party of 70 co-workers and got expert help and a warning to reduce my portions, not increase them! The food was delivered on time with assistance and it all tasted great. The plan is to do this again next year. Thank you Kris and Gus for your expert service and delicious food. You made a lot of people happy.“
“I got the curry chicken with mac & cheese and coleslaw. The food was amazing. I am always disappointed with portion sizes from food trucks at events but not this time! The gentleman who makes the food was so friendly and I hope I see them at the next event i attend. Vanroy’s will definitely be my go to from now on!“
“Last time we ate here was when it was LeChambord - outdoors, during the pandemic. Brunch with friends was a treat. Seated in a lovely, quiet dining. The food was terrific. Autumn chopped salad with kale, butternut squash and bacon was so good, I had to stop myself from polishing off the very large portion. Guests enjoyed the avocado toast and Rocky Mountain breakfast platter. Prices are reasonable. Definitely will return when we are in the area.“

“Drove 2 hours from upstate NY. AMAZING!!! Delicious delicious delicious. We will be back. Ordered everything on the menu and also ordered to go!!! your food truck needs to come to Oktoberfest in Lake George New York or at least the international car show the weekend after Labor day! Melissa said she would go with you!“
