We tried an online order hoping that we would get to the drive-thru with about 20 minutes lead time only to find out that they may have seen the order but didn't prepare it. I think it may have been a busy night or something but the service was lacking. They were apologetic about it and brought the food out to the car but it was an extensive wait where we had hoped to get in and out quickly for another reason
Whoever owns this Burger King needs to be examined by a doctor. Every single time I come here there is an issue, they don’t hire enough people, they are always “backed up” despite no one being in the restaurant and two cars in line, it is ridiculous. Does the manager read the reviews??? Does he just not care??? I mean it’s truly comical
