The manager stalked our friend around the facility yelling at her, all while the police were on the phone, hearing the entire exchange. The manager did all this in front her children, scaring & upsetting them. This needs to be addressed by corporate immediately.

They closed the kitchen 2 hours before closing time, the games are always broke and the staff especially management are rude I think I will be cancelling my monthly fun pass. When you complain they do NOTHING!!!!

This place went down hill real fast from what it used to be. The bounce house don't make sense cuz there are actual bounce places near space should be used for games. Everything is way over priced for what you get and they have rude people working.

Its great for our children it has a couple of new and ons which make the kids feel happy energétic I liked as a family atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: Yes but see for yourself a , a smile is the best thing to see in our children, if in a budget buy the car 40.00 and you have a hour to enjoy with the kids to play and get a médium pizza and something to drink and enjoy the smiles in the kids faces

What a great day to be here ..Chucky came out to say hello this visit ..I was greeted by fallen I hope I'm spelling her name right what a nice lady an so very helpful..Had a long line an no one helping her yet still held her cool an kept smiling..Great employees like her are what make a business thrive..
