Pretty good place. Only downfall is there’s almost no Chuck E. Cheese appearances. Been to other Chuck E. Cheese’s usually comes out every hour not this place. You’re lucky if he comes out at all. Huge disappointment for the children. Whoever is in charge of that aspect should step their game up because they’re not doing their job. otherwise, pretty good place just disappointing.

We have had 2 birthday parties at the Chuck E Cheese Poughkeepsie location in the last year for our sons and both times we had wonderful experiences. The staff members there are extremely professional and helpful. From start to finish they answered all questions and assisted when needed. The place is always clean and there is always a staff member at the door to ensure safety for the families who are there. I would highly recommend to parents looking to host a birthday party for their little! You won't be disappointed!

The establishment itself was clean but the entire staff needs an attitude adjustment and course on customer service, my kid asked me what everyone's problem was.

If I can give a zero review I would. Visited with my grandchildren. They were short staffed. Only one person on the register and no one to give the kids their prizes. After waiting and waiting I ask the person at register that we need someone to help with the prizes. She said there’s no one else. Finally, the Manager came and he began to help people coming in at the register. I informed him we been waiting a while way before line got long and he said we have to wait. Being that it was a Friday and Columbus Day weekend, I couldn’t believe no one was at prize area. This is a shame for a family of 4 to beg for help. Manager was not nice at all.

I imagine the pizza and wings arent that great, if you want good food go somewhere else.
I will say, the workers here are constantly cleaning. Cleaning the seats, the tables, the door handles, vaccuming the floor.
