Food was very good. I had the Pear Toscana salad - very fresh - and the Rigatoni Alla Buttera, very nice. There are probably 4 or 5 items I'd like to come back and try next time I'm in Poughkeepsie. Service was excellent.

Food was excellent. Had the swordfish, the crispy polenta appetizer was so tasty. My girl had the crispy chicken with polenta in brown gravy which was really good. Ordered a side of brussel sprouts which were perfect. And topped it off with coffee and Limon cello tartufo ooh wow! This was all for our 1st anniversary and had a great meal. And not to mention our waiter Rich was very helpful and just made the dining experience that much better. More waiters and waitresses need...

We’ve been to Cosimo’s a few times. We’ve visited the 3 different locations in NY over time. We really enjoy the one located in Poughkeepsie NY. The food is out of this world! Always enjoy how friendly, helpful and welcoming the staff are. The design and architecture that went into the lay out inside are amazing. I could sit there and enjoy the design of the interior alone. Eventually I would have to eat though considering the rich aroma of of the food and watching it delivered...
