We have been there a few times and every time the food has been DELICIOUS! My kids both love it. We tried the empanadas today and they were the best we ever had. They made them fresh to order and they were so good. My son is obsessed with their rice and beans. I don’t even know what we get but I had chicken from there once and it was so good. Melted in my mouth. 10/10 every time!
A big thanks to El Coqui for the most delicious tray of empanadas and pasteles for my dad's 80th birthday party. Everyone inhaled them! It was a pleasure to deal with the staff and we will definitely be back for more.
I highly recommend El Coqui for take out and catering, or a quick bite to eat inside. They even offer Valencia cakes, Puerto Rican desserts, and free coffee! This place is a hidden gem!
