“Excellent. Coffee and cream/milk all empty with a lunch rush. Ask manager Karin to help me out. She was friendly, professional, and courtesy and exceeded my expectations for customer service. I loved that she was so cognizant of her public facing communication, including the quick eye contact while she was busy finishing up her prior order, just to let me know she is aware and on it. Her level of politeness afforded to me was over the top. That's rare these days! I can see why she is the manager. Props. Sip club has gotten me into Panera, and I am glad and really enjoy the brand now. Usually, I take out, but the warm interior environment is usually overpowering, and I opt to eat in. Had the full-sized French Dipper. It was delicious! Coffee always decent. Food would be 5 stars if the portion was a bit more generous for the price. Bagged kettle chips as good as they get.“
“I used the self-service kiosk to order a lightly toasted bagel. Turns out there was no option for lightly toasted on the kiosk, so I simply ordered it untoasted instead and left a comment at the end of the transaction about how they should integrate an option for lightly toasted in the future. Turns out whoever made my bagel immediately saw my comment and brought it out lightly toasted!! These guys are great!“
