After watching a NYT Cooking video about conchas being made in a bakery in NYC, I knew I had to find such a bakery closer to home. This bakery has all the classic Mexican breads and pastries. The concha was pillowy soft and tender and the topping was just sweet enough. This may very become my weekend treat to go with my tea or coffee.
