It's true that their service is sometimes slow & chaotic, but I've never had a problem ordering at the drive-through (I can then go inside if I so desire), & usually ordering at the kiosk (if I'm not driving) is not too terrible. I've no idea who Omar Apollo is, but the "Disha Hot" sauce they're promoting in his stead is rather nice: like a tangier version of Tapatio. It works well to liven up classic Taco Bell crunchy tacos.
I always use the app to get deals and rewards. That's how I know what I'm having for lunch! (If they could make the chairs less noisy on the floors when pulling them out, it would be great!)
Great staff, always helpful and in pretty good mood. Meals always right! What more could I ask. ?
