Horrible customer service I came and greeted the cashier. She’s all on her phone not acknowledging me. A male customer comes in. She starts talking to him. Go back to her phone. I’m asking her ma’am. Are you ready for me to order? She doesn’t say nothing. I will not be coming back to this place again rude for no reason.

The jerk chicken was burnt but with a little sweet sauce added it was a lot better

Friendly and welcoming service..which i don't know why I found it strange 🤔 😅

Unfortunately, my experience at Tropical Jerk's was disappointing. While my mother was placing her order with the cashier, one of the chefs came out and began taking orders from customers who were behind her in line. As a result, several people who arrived after her received their food before she did. It felt unfair and disorganized, and there didn't seem to be any effort to serve customers in the order they arrived. The food may be good, but the customer service and order management need improvement.

I use to love going there for the food, but the food was cold and nasty theblast 2 times I went. The food was cold even the soup was cold. I had to come home and heat my food up. I will never wast my time going to this one. I will go to the one in Baldwin before I step foot in this location again. Also the customer service was horrible. These females who take the orders are so nasty and rude. 🤬🤬

The cashier needs to go. To the store owner do a better job hiring cashiers. The food is good but the attitude from the cashier today 3/19 will stop customers from coming back.
