We had a wonderful experience hosting our running group event at Arya Café. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish — exactly how it needed to be for a large group.
The food was delicious, the service was organized and welcoming, and our huge group of runners left truly satisfied and happy.

I usually dont give reviews nor respond but I have to with the one that was made by Tshering Lama. First of all, you came to the cafe that said afternoon and did not order anything for 2 hours utilising our services. Your friend came early that morning and had ordered from the staff 1coffee with a glass of hot water (his regular order). It was already afternoon when you came. I was in the office but later came because the other staff was going on a break. I saw you there sitting with no food or drink so before I confronted you, I went to asked the other staff if you had order something or if should I go take your order. I was told you have been there for so long and didnt want to order anything. I came up to you asking if I can get you something of which you told me you dont want to order. I then explain to you it was our policy to have customer order something as long as he or she is utilising our services. You then said to me you were about to leave and dont want to order of which I asked 'Are you sure? You can take a water or soda.... You said, 'no its okay' then you left. Minutes later your friend came to pay and I charged him for what he had ordered from the staff. He was upset as any other day when he comes and has to pay for hot water. He asked, 'are you seriously going to charge me again for hot water and I am a regular customer here?' I said, I am so sorry but we have to charge, there are some other drinks that comes with free hot water refills but unfortunately, I cannot give you for free everytime.' He then asked, what position I own here and I responded, 'I am the Manager and I am so sorry'. He told me other staff doesnt charge him for hot water, instead they tell him to put the money in the tips bottle. I said, 'whenever you give tips, its out of appreciation and not compulsory. I also dont think the staff would tell you to do that but dont worry, I will sort it out right now for you.' The staff came, it was a false allegation, the matter was resolved and as your friend was about to pay you walked in asking him what's the matter and started to yell at me in the presence of other customers and staff that I am a bad manager and a loss for the business etc I responded by saying thank you sir and have a nice day. You guys left. I never mentioned continuously I am the Manager except once when your friend had asked so I dont know what you are talking about and lets say I had done so, am I telling a lie? One of the disadvantages of this review platform is that people tend to post whatever they want to whether its a lie or truth. Anyways, I think it people should be honest with their reviews as other customers tend to rely upon them to visit a business. Nevertheless, thank you for support and you guys are always welcome in the future, just remember our policies remains the same. Thank you! Amen

The manager is a net loss for the business. I haven’t seen such a power trip person as manager in my whole life. Every word I am the manager this that , gonna take my money where regular customers are atleast respected as a human . This might be the first case where customer are trying to leave and the manager is making the scenario worst and creating scene in a nice restaurant.gonna miss those momo

Cafe/coffee shop but their fairly recent adds to the lunch menu have been fantastic. The beef, chicken, veggie momos were excellent. Same with the chow mein! So good that I organized a dinner for 10! 5 stars for the food and service. Atmosphere is at a 4 since the cafe area couches and chairs with the varied types are a hit or miss in terms of how comfy they are.

Nice café in Elmhurst that offers meals and drinks. WiFi is strong the seating is comfortable. Well-maintained space that is clean and there is a selection of clothing and jewelry which is nice.
I had an iced chai latte and my friend had an iced latte which we enjoyed. I ordered mine with almond milk.
A bit inconvenient if you’re taking the subway, it’s a little more than a half mile away, but I live in the area so I was able to walk.
Not the friendliest staff but overall I recommend. Pretty busy on a rainy Sunday afternoon when we visited but the prices are decent.
