Nasty attitude of two employees I just had to deal with. They should be fired.

The price showing on the screen is not the price you going to pay, I asked the cashier why are you charging me $11.50 when the price in the sceeen shows the mini dog pretzel $8.50 she told me “I don’t know I’m just working here”, she basically didn’t care and she also gave me an attitude about why I’m complaining that the price is not what shows on the screen, very disappointing very misleading!

THE AUNT ANNE'S AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE MALL IS BAD THEY ARE SELLING SETS OF BURNT PRETZELS I PAID $10 FOR ONE WITH DIP AND I HAD TO THROW HALF OF IT AWAY 😑 ITS NOT NICE TO BE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO A BUSINESS AND NOT GETTING QUALITY FOOD IN RETURN. WETZEL PRETZEL SHOULD BE AT THE ENTRANCE INSTEAD. THIS PRETZEL FROM ANNE'S WAS BITTER AND RUBBERY.

This is my first time ordering from Auntie Anne's and the person behind the counter wasn't friendly and looked like she didn't want to be at her job. She did try to up sell me but, didn't mention about the rewards program. Don't think I'll be coming back.

Would give this place a zero star if possible. The cashier was rude and on top of that the pretzel was stale. Over priced and not serving fresh products. I will definitely never return to this location. Please if you chose to work in a place where you have to deal with customers change your nasty attitude as it will only affect the business.
Their pretzels are great and the girls working there are really nice, great customer service!😃

Got a bucket of cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. Service was quick but some of the monitors were broken so it was hard to see what was available on the menu.
🥨 The pretzel bites were pretty soft but a bit too doughy I feel. Maybe a lighter bread texture would be better? Still good to have but wish it was warmer!
