I couldn't find the location above the food court in the mall, so unfortunately, I have to leave it at this location. This is in regards to that location right in front of mid entrance by the cheesecake factory. It was bad enough that I paid over $10 for a small cup of stale pretzel nuggets, but to find a hair at the bottom of it. Immediately spit out the chunk I was eating. Hopefully, I won't get sick, but I won't be buying here anymore. I suggest anyone to stay away and buy somewhere else.

$6.79 for one pretzel is absolutely insane. PretzelMaker had far better prices and deals that felt more like a transaction and less like a mugging.
Perfect example of greed-driven inflation. Don’t eat here!

So on Multiple occasions i go to this location and they never have the regular pretzel with salt. There options are for you to buy the Nuggets which are about $2.00 More. Prices already high for pretzel $6.29 then your making the customer spend More money cause they refuse to make regular pretzels w. Salt. ROBBING YOU WITHOUT the WEAPON. Shame on Aunties Anne’s.Cancel your order Put them out of Sales.

Disgusting older Spanish women touching her pants shirt cabinets than she goes to hand roll the mini hotdogs not once change her gloves. I told the girl at register and she looked dumbfounded when I told her and all she had to say is you want refund. I don’t recommend this place really unsanitary!

Very rich and fresh! The attention of the girls is very good and friendly
The employees are attentive and helpful. The pretzel taste fresh and soft. I’m a bit sadden by them removing the bucket deal that came with two free lemonades for about $30. I used to always get that.
