Lady with ginger hair is not very bright. Asked for a turkey sandwich on a roll with everything and all I got was a sandwich with just turkey?

I love this place. The service is quick but everything is still right off the oven freshly baked. The French toast and pancakes are so good and the milkshakes!! Great menu for breakfast brunch and lunch

We are all feeling inflation/shrinkflation at this time, but paying $12 for chicken tenders and French fries to have barely anything is unacceptable. Three “tenders” were the size of chicken nuggets and the amount of fries didn’t cover the bottom of the tray.

My sandwich came out in 10 minutes and it was huge. It was really good. The place was clean. It’s super cool because it looks like a train station.

This place is an amazing addition to 1 16th St. The bagels are really nice soft and chewy and they have a large selection that are available throughout the day from early in the morning till late at night. I eat very little dairy so they have tofu cream cheese selections which are excellent for me. They have a really nice fresh salad bar have daily specials which includes soups and pastas. Their pastries which are available in a pastry display or also very good. Prices are OK and the staff is super friendly.Vegetarian options: They have tofu cream cheese!

Google says they close at 7 on Sunday. Went there at 6:30 all the way from Brooklyn and they were closed. Also sometimes girls behind desk have an attitude. If don’t don’t like your job go find another. Adjust your business hours.

I'm from Houston and our bagels don't taste like this. These bagels are fresh, soft on the inside and crispy in the out. The cream cheese added delicious touch, but these bagels are so tasty the cream cheese is not needed. The chocolate chip muffin is AMAZING! The chocolate chips are slightly melted and not too sweet. I have no complaints. These are the best bagels I've ever eaten.

I have never in my LIFE written a review. EVER! I've worked food and bev for 12 years so my respect for industry employees are at an all time high when I enter a building however my experience just now was so disappointing: Firstly The woman i ordered with was so welcoming and so kind. She really set the tone and I could tell she got along with everyone-true kindness. However when i went to pay and wait for my (awful burger and fries) the short young girl in the hat at the front counter was SO rude and honestly quite gross for eating a sandwich while interacting with our food and taking payments. Absolute unprofessionalism and unsanitary. EW! I walked up to the counter and all she says was my total and barely acknowledged that a customer was standing in front of her. I asked her "how are ya today?" (Me, with a smile) She responded, with the most monotone snarky voice, "TIRED" , a straight face and turned around to eat her food and continue to fraternize with her colleagues. The quality of the burger is literally laughable for 17$. It's not hard to have fun and maintain a well functioning establishment. The team should tighten up. I would never, and HAVE never treated a customer that way or the product. It was baffling. I feel like such a dork writing a review but honestly that's how sh***y of an experience it was :( If I could vote zero stars I would! Save your money!!!

I was looking forward to trying out Bagel Barista Station, but I was a little disappointed by the service. The place looked nice and spacious, but they had more people giving out orders than making them, so we had to wait a long time for our sandwiches. And when we finally got them, my bacon, eggs, and cheese was cold! ?My wife was happy with her toasted bagel with cream cheese and lox, but I don't think we will go back...

I ordered a sandwich and told them that instead of putting mustard and oil and vinegar on the sandwich, put it on the side as I didn't want the sandwich to get soggy. Usually, this is not a problem. Today, the girl at the register said I would have to pay an extra $1.50 for the mustard and an extra $1.50 for oil and an extra $1.50 for vinegar. This was really odd. The sandwich was good, but I wish I didn't have to pay an extra $4.50. The sandwich itself was only $12. I frequent here often, so maybe this was an isolated incident
