Staff aren’t properly trained. They do not care about the customers there. Feroza needs a better attitude and to be retrained as cashier if wanting to continue to have a job.

They are cheap with their portion size, the price does not compare to what I am getting. I purchased a mangonada and they gave me a teaspoon of chamoy. And it was flavorless. Not recommending this place.

i live right down the block this is my local dunkin' donuts. if i can give a 0 star i would. for the past two years every time i come to this dd my order is always ALWAYS wrong. today was my last straw. i asked for a matcha latte with less ice (there wasn't less ice btw) and i put it upon myself that i gave them 6$. my price was 5.81$. they took it upon themselves to not give me my change back. now i didn't want to tip them because every time i come here it's bad service and that's them tipping themselves which is bad integrity. when i asked where my change is the woman btc tried to say she's giving me extra matcha when i never asked for extra matcha. (idk if she gave it to me still but like???) when i asked her to give me my change back she said that she was gonna take away the extra matcha (which i didn't care bcs i ain't ask for it in the first place). then when i drink it it tastes like regular milk? and not almond??? im severely lactose intolerant to the point where i cant consume even normal amounts of dairy because it rips me apart. i get that almond milk costs extra maybe because it's more expensive that whole milk, but come on ! if i pay for it at least give it to me.... im very disappointed. even more that this has happened wayyyy more than one time! if you're in the area of this dunkin' donuts i recommend walking an extra three blocks to the other dunkin' donuts at 91-23 Queens Blvd or going the opposite way and to the one at 9925 Horace Harding Expy. take my advice and do not come here !

Went in to get 3 scoops of ice cream at 10 pm, front door lists 11 pm closing time. I sat down and started eating it while it's cold and windy out, 5 min later when I finished scoop #1, the middle aged indian guy shut off the lights and basically forced me and another customer out. Really regret putting those 2 dollars into that tip jar. Hopefully they will use the tips to update their store hours on the front door from 11 pm to 10 pm

I realize that this area used to be "the hood," but it (and Lefrak City) have cleaned up tremendously! This area is NO LONGER the "Hood" of the 1970's, 80's, and 90's!!! I love going to this Dunkin's, because the staff is always courteous and gives me my order quickly! I LOVE the coffee here! I just wish that Lefrak would quit raising their rent every time they do a major improvement (which has nothing to do with Dunkin's)...

This has to be the worst managed Dunkin Donuts on earth, which to an extend is a reason worth going. Once you get used to it, it's actually fun watching the customers scream at the clueless guy with the mustache behind he counter. Basically, he doesn't speak any English, and even pointing to the pictures on the menu board doesn't work, so if give up and decide to cancel the order and walk out you have to scream at him to get your refund. Another staff once scooped the ice cream holding the cone and caressing the drippy ice cream with his bare fingers. Also, many can't count in English, so will often up-order you. (Be careful when there's an extra item in your bag!). Typical to many D & D the staff also turn their back on you and walk away from you mid-sentence. --The manager at the Dunkin in front of Woodhaven is GREAT, but this place is only valuable for comedic effect..
