This is not a milkshake, but just milk with syrup, thin and tasteless. I don't recommend it.
No wonder they have such a rating. The only good thing for them is to take your money. That's all.
I went to this place few times with my family on our way to Costco. We always get medium ice coffee with caramel and cream. But I don’t know why the cashier always add an extra caramel and charge extra 10 cent for each order, which we never ask for. It makes the drink very very sweet. Check your receipt for additional hidden charges that you have never request for.
Never order a custom cake from them. Terrible customer service.
