I ordered a medium milkshake today at 9:40 AM, which was very disappointing. It tasted more like flavored milk than a proper milkshake—very thin and not creamy at all. It seemed like not enough ice cream was used. Also, the staff member who made it didn’t seem interested in helping and was not very friendly. I expected better service and quality, especially from Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin'. I hope the management looks into improving both the product and the customer service.

Can't believe I'm writing a review for a Baskin Robbins, but this place is trash. They'll give you a kid's size scoop and tell you it's a single. Dude serving me didn't even know what the difference between a sugar cone and a cake cone is. He also left the paper wrapper inside the cone they scooped my ice cream into lol. The garbage is overflowing and there are no chairs for whatever reason.

It is a good option for breakfast but the attention is bad, the staff is dedicated to talking among themselves and they do not serve customers, they take too long.

Awful service! Rude lady waiting on customers with no manners at all! Can't even write Happy Birthday correctly on a cake! Not even 1 star! But it wouldn't post otherwise!

This BR has the best ice cream selection (pre-packaged). Unlike the one on utopia parkway, this one is well stocked. The service can be a hit or miss but hey if you want to buy pre packaged ice cream then definitely check this one out.
