If you don't want this store to ruin your good day, go someplace else. Beside they have a bad customer service, mean tone, this store will also try to sneak an extra charge that you don't need to pay for. After placed an order of cappuccino blast, when another staff who made me drink asked if I wanted whipped cream, I said yes. Then this guy name Nahid input $0.25 for whipped cream. I saw receipt and tried to call one of them to ask, they heard me but ignored me and kept chitchatting in the back. Until I had to called them really loud. Once Nahid came out then I asked him, Me ; the cappuccino blast should come with whipped cream, why did you charge me $0.25? Nahid ; there is a charge on whipped Me ; but in the picture it has whipped cream on it. Nahid ; anything you want extra there is a charge. Me ; it's not extra, and I've been to other locations, they always come with whipped and never change me. Nahid ; but here we charge. So that is it, he just wants to charge! I've never heard of that and out of all these time I went to many Baskin Robins, they always put whipped cream on with no charge. Let's put it this way, $0.25 is really nothing. Sometimes I lost $5 buck I don't even notice, but if this is how they do business, I highly recommend you to go somewhere else that they won't try to sneak putting a charge on your purchase.

This BR has the best ice cream selection (pre-packaged). Unlike the one on utopia parkway, this one is well stocked. The service can be a hit or miss but hey if you want to buy pre packaged ice cream then definitely check this one out.
