Don’t go here unless you want to catch something, I came here to get ice cream and the lady handling didn’t wear gloves and was touching my ice cream with her dirty fingers.
I ordered a medium milkshake today at 9:40 AM, which was very disappointing. It tasted more like flavored milk than a proper milkshake—very thin and not creamy at all. It seemed like not enough ice cream was used. Also, the staff member who made it didn’t seem interested in helping and was not very friendly. I expected better service and quality, especially from Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin'. I hope the management looks into improving both the product and the customer service.
