If you don't want this store to ruin your good day, go someplace else. Beside they have a bad customer service, mean tone, this store will also try to sneak an extra charge that you don't need to pay for. After placed an order of cappuccino blast, when another staff who made me drink asked if I wanted whipped cream, I said yes. Then this guy name Nahid input $0.25 for whipped cream. I saw receipt and tried to call one of them to ask, they heard me but ignored me and kept chitchatting...read full review
This BR has the best ice cream selection (pre-packaged). Unlike the one on utopia parkway, this one is well stocked. The service can be a hit or miss but hey if you want to buy pre packaged ice cream then definitely check this one out.

Awful service! Rude lady waiting on customers with no manners at all! Can't even write Happy Birthday correctly on a cake! Not even 1 star! But it wouldn't post otherwise!
