Try to order a birthday cake for my granddaughter's birthday. She wanted an ice cream cake and I spoke to the woman who made it who said pick it up on Saturday. When I called on Friday to check on it they told me she would not be in on Saturday. She had specifically told me not to expect the name or the decorations put on the cake until we showed up so they wouldn't be left holding a cake with someone else's name on it if we never came. But if she was not going to be there herself on Saturday who is going to decorate the cake and put my granddaughter's name on it.? Now they won't pick up the phone and I can't talk to anyone not the manager or anyone in the store. I don't know if there is even a cake in existence. Most unprofessional service I have ever encountered

We just stopped by here to pick up doughnuts and coffee. This is a very small establishment. Service was quick and fast.

Good service but some of the ice cream here looks like it's part melted and refrozen, I had one scoop of 'ice cream of the month' Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream, it was disappointing, tasted stale and oxidised due to exposure to air, no flavour just fatty & greasy, I nearly just threw it in the trash.I'm not sure they look after their products properly.

Horrible service, workers are very slow and I had to repeat my order multiple times and she still couldn't get it right. Waited almost 15 min just to get a bacon egg and cheese and hash browns. I'm usually a very patient person when it comes to fast food places or anywhere in general, but here , I was getting pissed.

This is one of the chillest, sort of isolated Dunkin Donuts merged Baskin Robbins because it is not very high trafficked with customers except the local residents, workers and people that randomly shop/pass the area. For now I am just going to comment on the Baskin Robbins ice cream and that's all my review is focused on. I just wanted to not that the Jamoca Almond Fudge is certainly worth a try. It has a moderate mocha flavor to it and the bits of almonds are present and accounted for in the ice cream. I liked it more than on a average taste. Surprisingly, from a known but not a well fancier ice cream brand I enjoyed the Nutty Coconut more than expected. It was a nice bit of melty, coconut flavored with bits of freckly coconut in the mix. As described I could taste the three types of nuts in bits in the ice cream mix: almonds, pecans, walnuts. Those few components combined made it well enjoyable. Now, in a cup it's so basic. A boost up in the cake cone is okay. To fully upgrade to the extra large sugar/waffle cone dipped in chocolate is overdone (I didn't like that it was sort of stale and the dipped chocolate had no taste). Downgrade from that is my recommendation (in the regular sized sugar cone). How did I just enjoy a Baskin Robbins ice cream more than a more well name brand of ice cream?

Highly confused and very unorganized staff aswell as their work ethic. They make mistakes, then expect for you to use a different form of payment to satisfy their error. Long wait time, poor preparation of food aswell as drinks. The ONLY pro here is, they have free parking?!

I drove over here because my boy was practically begging me to buy him some strawberry donuts. I ended up buying a dozen different flavored donuts although I dislike buying donuts from any Dunkin Donuts after 2pm. I was so hot after running around town that I had to buy myself a medium strawberry Coolatta while there. The cashiers are so slow, but sweet at this location however, they tend to miss count donuts when ordering a dozen so make sure you are counting with them. They tend to screw up orders here so double check your order.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Even negative 5 is what it needs. Ok so I come from out of state, the state of MA where Dunkin' Donuts is on every corner, where they are proud of what they make. This stop in NY was the worst experience ever. I'm in a line of a few people, all of them complaining about their orders. The guy in front of me was so upset with what he got that he asked for a cup of water instead from the faucet and was still charged $1!!! Unreal. So it's my turn and I order what I always get, I glanced at the guys shirt, "Manager". Oh good. Not! Not only did I have to repeat myself so many times because my perfect English is too difficult to understand, but what came out of his hands was not a coffee at all. I Can't even describe what mixture he gave me but I could definitely see the multi Colored layers. No stirring up or shaking could fix this mess. Disgusting. Normally when I ask for a French vanilla extra extra it's straight forward. Not "do you want milk? Extra what?" Seriously this place is a disaster ruining the Dunkin Donuts name. Yuck!
