DISGUSTING and CHEAP. HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a drink and was essentially forced to drink out of my cup when I asked for more ice so they could fit it in the same cup instead of providing me with another cup. When I said I didn’t want to have my drink right now, one of the workers rudely says it’s $1 for the additional cup which I would have had no problem paying for had they said it to begin with when I asked for more ice. My daughter ordered a cake for her boyfriends birthday this is what she ordered vs what she got YALL employees have to do better people want what they paid for there was no effort put into this cake ?
Try to order a birthday cake for my granddaughter's birthday. She wanted an ice cream cake and I spoke to the woman who made it who said pick it up on Saturday. When I called on Friday to check on it they told me she would not be in on Saturday. She had specifically told me not to expect the name or the decorations put on the cake until we showed up so they wouldn't be left holding a cake with someone else's name on it if we never came.But if she was not going to be there herself...read full review
