I LOVE LOVE LOVE their pork, chicken, lamb, beef, chicken gizzard and squid skewers. I never order less than $30 worth of skewers, lol.

The sweetest auntie owns this truck. Keep in mind that it is cash only and most skewers are $2. Def get the spicy seasoning as well. I recommend the beef, lamb, and pork! my favorite skewers ever ♥️

I grew up in Elmhurst and getting skewers at this neighborhood staple as a snack was always a treat I looked forward to. Now, I’m happy that we can buy as many skewers as we dare (before we pass the threshold of waking up with a sore throat the next morning). This Chinese BBQ skewer cart is a no-frills, mom and pop food stand on the corner of Whitney Ave & Broadway by the LIRR tracks. Most of their skewers cost between $2-$3; they’re perfect for a late night eats adventure! The seasoning the sweet Chinese couple uses has just the right amount of cumin, heat, and spice. We sat at one of their 3 tables this past Monday evening and saw a steady stream of customers lining up for their grilled skewers. When all 3 tables were full, a 4th table and set of stools was set up as well. The cart is at their spot daily between 5:30pm-1:30am - you’ll find them if you see the smoke!? A small food truck run by husband and wife, they are teaming up to serve the locals with their tasty asian BBQ. I highly recommed their bbq if you’re looking for something quick to eat for dinner, the truck will open at around 6pm everyday depending on the weather. Their bbq goes well with beer and soju too.Our favorite bbq:1. Lamb2. Beef3. Chicken

I fairly enjoy this traditional bbq skewers. But it seems like there’s a change in their mutton source, or maybe preparation process that made the mutton less tender.Edit: bbq mutton is back to it's original tenderness, delicious as usual. they've added a lot more items on the menu, rib is the worst of them all, it's large and hard to chew, soft bones are also large and hard to chew, meat is tough.

At 10PM I was craving for BBQ so I went to Elmhurst, my old neighborhood and I saw this Truck outside reminding me to so many good memories in Queens. Customer comes and goes, some of them sit and eat. The truck has 3 small tables. It was a chilly night, but smell of BBQ was so good. I had 3 chicken sticks, I also gave a little bit to my dog, he loves it!
