Very disappointing experience at Beecher’s. We were already at the front of the line and ready to order when the staff member at the till told us to go to the back and wait. Despite us being there first, she then served two other customers ahead of us, which ended up taking a very long time. The whole situation felt unfair and was handled in a rude and unprofessional manner.
After finally being served, the coffee was awful. It tasted weak and unpleasant, and definitely wasn’t worth either the wait or the price.
Poor customer service, bad coffee, and an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.

I buy Beechers mac and cheese frozen in Costco and when I saw this place, I thought I was going to enjoy a nice cup of mac and cheese. The portion was tiny, they didn't fill the cup, and it was still partly frozen and watery. On top of that, their lemonade was super watery. Seemed like they were in a hurry to get you out the door than to provide decent service and food. 20 bucks wasted!

It's good, but expensive airport pizza. I paid $11.90 for one slice.

The staff member had a very poor attitude. I was there with my 2-year-old, and the place should have been open 30 minutes earlier, but she said she was running late. She was very pushy and made us feel rushed to leave. She also seemed out of breath and unprofessional. Overall, it felt like we were being treated as a burden rather than valued customers. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here if it weren’t for customers, businesses like this wouldn’t stay open.

Best coffee I’ve had in a long time! The grilled cheese was amazing too. I will definitely be back !
Annoyingly, the staff wanted me to use the self check out to order - even though I explained I did not have my glasses so could not read the screen.

Every time I come here I am forced to use the computer to order instead of just speaking with a human. I absolutely hate it. And this time, I did not get my discount and when I spoke with the man about it he said there was nothing he could do. Seriously? You can't cancel the order and re-do it?
Last time I came here (using the computer) I was told I got a discount on my food but not my drink.... and then she said she couldn't do anything about that either.
The food is great- hence why I keep coming back. But man, I hate being forced to use a computer.

The grilled cheese + tomato soup combo was delicious, the soup tasted 100% homemade and the grilled cheese was amazing, it’s basically self service but the staff was friendly and helpful if you needed anything, will definitely come back and recommend 🥫🥪🥙

Do not go here. I went here before my trip out of LGA and regretted it as my entire weeklong trip was filled with stomach issues and feeling sick. I felt perfectly fine until I ate their food. Thanks a lot.

Food is fine, but the service is pretty bad. Staff won’t give you utensils. I was charged the wrong amount for my food, and couldn’t even complain because they had keyed my order into the kiosk and just walked away.
Not quite a scam, but it’s pretty close.
Stale croissant, weird smell in croissant. Bad tasting latte. Not much coffee flavor in Latte.

Food is terrible. Not like the one in Seattle at all. Prices too high for low quality food.

Had one of the grilled sandwiches here during airport layover and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was - genuinely a very tasty sandwich, much better than eg a Starbucks equivalent. It came out pretty quick too - maybe 5 mins or so.
The main issue with this place is that it is super expensive - sandwich was over $20 pre-tax and it was definitely not big enough to share.
That said, if you don’t mind paying a lot (and I’m sure the alternatives nearby are also a rip off), the food here is worth eating
