This was a gem of a place! Food was deliciously prepared and it was very tasty. Our server was very kind - she escorted me to the car with the takeout food we got for my son who couldn’t join us. It is a great place to go with family and friends and show off your knowledge of Puerto Rican food. I love this small business and we should support their hard work and quality. I’ll be back!!!

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant through Doordash, I'm staying at a hotel, not feeling well, but I was craving some Puerto Rican food, and I was SO disappointed when I received my order. I order bistec con cebolla, arroz con gandules and a sopa de pollo, the bistec was hard to chew and some parts look raw and uncooked, it had several pieces of onions and the soup was greasy and salty, I ate most of the rice bcuz I was hungry. I'm sorry, I'm not one to write bad reviews or any reviews in general on restaurants, but when I'm spending $30 plus delivery, It's very aggravating to throw your money away on a restaurant that has 4 plus stars online but does not live up to those stars

I walked in to this location excited to try out the food I was trying to order from the combo selection listed on their menu outside on the window but was told that it didn't come with maduros even though it clearly said maduros on the menu, when I asked the person at the register what was included the employee just keep on saying not with maduros. I was never offered a menu and the employee made no effort to explain what they had available or made any effort to provide a good customer service. Sadly I now understand the reason for the restaurant to be completely empty, I ended up going to the restaurant nextdoor the food was delish and very friendly staff. I put one because yelp doesn't let me put negative

Cuban sandwich price is for round roll. On a hero is +$2Sandwich was tasty, but was turned off by the pricing for the hero vs the round roll. Spending over $10 for a sandwich should bump this spot to two money signs $$They need more affordable under $10 lunch options.I'm not trying to spend $18-$20 on a lunch platter.Will need to try the empanadas next time - $3.99 each

I had the pollo frito mofongo and omg it was so delicious. The mofongo had the perfect amount of garlic and was so moist. The fried chicken chucks were seasoned and crispy. Can’t wait to head back and try more.

My brother bought 4 Cuban sandwiches yesterday. No freakin meat!! They charged $12.00 for bread! Oh and no pickles and bread not even toasted! This is not a Cuban only cold bread with a little piece of ham and pernil. I'm not lying the proof is in the picture people! Their food sucks too!! Hey get new cooks!! Or new management! Oh and no cheese!! And who puts Mayo on a Cuban!!! Seriously!!!

What great food! Super pernil. Awesome empanadas. Great homemade hot sauce. My wife and I are so happy that we found this place. Maria is so friendly and she already knows what you want. Honestly you could just stop in for the juices.

It was my first time ordering from here. My family and I loved the food. The seasoning was on point, the service was excellent. They were running late because they were cooking a fresh chicken for me. Which tasted amazing BTW! The pernil was succulent, again well seasoned. I will definitely order from here again.

BESO NYC you are truly amazing, I had a lovely experience here yesterday. This is a great place and location with the nicest staff and over the top for value for the money. Flan was phenomenal, I could not believe how outstanding it really was. The team was really courteous and service is fantastic. I can not say enough, but I think I have.

It took two hours to receive my order. I called two times, and was told the order was on the way and then they hung up in my face. I called back after two hours from my husband’s phone number and they screamed “it’s on the way”and hung up on me again. I do not recommend ..... go somewhere that your business is appreciated.
