Excited for this place! I got a delicious sample box – mine was definitely Ital leaning rather than Southern / deep fried leaning, which I loved. I think it’s an ideal approach that you can choose either here. Flavors were deep and rich, clearly made with care.
I met Sandra at the Asbury Park Vegfest. By the end of day 2 when I went to her booth she was out of collards but she spent 10 minutes explaining to me exactly how to make them her way. Her yams and Mac and Cheese were delicious! She invited me to her Instagram page if I have any more questions! I’m going to ask her how she makes black eyed peas. I love her generosity of spirit!! ❤️❤️❤️
