We came here to celebrate a birthday with a group of nine friends, but unfortunately, the whole experience was disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we arrived, the server looked visibly grumpy and didn’t greet us at all. We ordered drinks for everyone, but only a few arrived—and even those took nearly 30 minutes. Some were so bitter we had to ask for them to be remade. We literally had to leave our table and walk up to the counter just to get her attention.
When we tried to place our food order, she continued to serve other guests who arrived after us, making us feel completely ignored. After nearly two hours of waiting, I finally asked her why we were being treated this way and how long the food would take. Her response shocked me: “You all were busy talking,” followed by a rude, “Do you need food or not?”—as if we were there expecting free meals.
The food itself was good, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. If you’re in the hospitality industry, kindness and respect should come first. Sadly, that was completely missing from our experience.
Recently ordered from here. I had Pad Thai and drunken noodles. When I opened the drunken noodles, they smelled horrible, like the meat used was intestines. Because that smelled so bad, I couldn't trust anything else in the bag. That order was $75 on DoorDash. I was so upset.
